Art Projects

In my work I explore the role of photography in shaping our understanding of our identity and history. Photographs are more than just records of the past; they influence how we see ourselves, how we construct narratives, and how we remember. I am fascinated by their ability to function as both evidence and illusion.
I use a variety of photographic sources, including archival photos, family photos, film stills, found footage and self-shot photos. By placing these images in new contexts, altering them through manipulation, or combining them with others, layered and ambiguous stories unfold.

Photography

In addition to my autonomous projects, I capture everyday moments and scenes that intrigue me: an open expression on a face, a child absorbed in play, irresistible lighting, colours coming together, seasons unfolding - the celebration of life.

I also do commissioned work, from quiet farewells to joyful gatherings, portraits, and interior photography. Feel free to get in touch.
